Donation Request

At Rhinelander Auto Group, we are committed to giving back to our community and believe in the importance of being good community citizens. We take pride in actively supporting the communities that contribute to our success. Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive each month, we have established the following guidelines to ensure our contributions have the greatest impact.

Donation requests are evaluated according to the influence the organization or initiative has on the well-being and development of our community. Factors considered can/will include:

• If the organization or initiative aligns with Rhinelander Auto Group’s values, including serving and improving our community

• Initiative addresses a defined social issue in our community

Rhinelander Auto Group reviews donation requests on a month - to - month basis and requires all requests be submitted at least 60 days in advance of any donation deadline to ensure we have the appropriate time to perform due diligence.

Please allow up to 30 days for the review process after your request has been submitted. If there is a need for additional information, Rhinelander Auto Group will contact you or the organization directly. Should we decide to move forward with your donation request, we will reach out. If you do not hear from us, this means your donation request was not able to be fulfilled at this time.

Rhinelander Auto Group prioritizes donation requests for organizations and initiatives closest to Rhinelander Auto Group’s facilities.

Rhinelander Auto Group reserves the right to determine whether an organization is eligible.
